4. We Do Not Sub-Contract Our Work!
All of our employees work directly for us, not another company that we sub our work out to. Which means all of our clients work with the same crews from start to end. You do not have a sub company painting your home. We’ll never sacrifice quality by cutting corners. Sub companies are often compensated poorly, most likely leading to rush jobs and lower quality craftsmanship. You shouldn’t have to worry about labor liens being placed on your home due to subs not getting paid from the contractor you hired or being held liable to pay these subs even if you already paid the contractor you hired. Working with us is easy and stress free, which gives you time to focus on the excitement of having your home transformed.
5. We Do Not Ask For Up-Front Deposits
Although custom payment arranges can be made, we don't ask for a deposit as a requirement before we get started. We only get paid when the job is completed to your satisfaction. Which means you’ll sleep easier knowing your painting crew will be back everyday until your dream project is finished.
Too many companies have taken advantage of customer trust. Instead, we take all all the risk, but we feel that this allows our clients to sleep easier. Nearly 15 years of quality work has allowed us to build and save up our working capital, so we can float our own projects and never pass upfront costs on to our customers.
6. Clean Appearance & Respect For Your Property
Do not expect the cliche contractor appearances: broken down trucks, trash and tools scattered in the bed, and workers wearing old, torn, and paint-covered jean shorts that look like we they've been painting in them for the last year. All of our employees show up in an organized, marked company van wearing a painters uniform that is consistent with the 1st Coast Painting brand.
We respect your home and business, so we do not clean our tools in your front yard or sinks. At the beginning of your project, we will ask if there is a preferred place where we can clean our tools at the end of the day.
